For some weeks now we have been offering additional training sessions exclusively for female Teams.
The objective of these sessions is to provide our female players with enhanced opportunities for skill development, fitness improvement, and overall growth as athletes. These sessions will specifically focus on two vital aspects of the game:
1. Strength and Conditioning.
2. Technical Skills.
The sessions take place from 8.00am to 10.00am on Saturday mornings, at Forest Park, Padbury.
Sessions are open to members and non-members, and are free!
