PAID ROLE — GAME DAY COORDINATOR
- Be the friendly face of Whitford City FC on game days, keeping everything running smoothly from first kick to final whistle.
- Open, set up and prepare the grounds, pitches, equipment and facilities for a full day of football.
- Support Game Leaders, handle on‑the‑day issues and be the go‑to contact for players, parents, coaches and officials.
- Keep the venue safe, organised and professional while representing the club with confidence and calm.
- Pack down, lock up and ensure the grounds are left in top condition at the end of the day.
VOLUNTEER ROLE — CLUB SECRETARY
This is a key role at the heart of the club, perfect for someone organised, reliable and keen to make a real impact behind the scenes.
The club secretary is primarily responsible for all administrative duties and provides the coordinating link between member, the committee and various stakeholders.

- Keep the club running smoothly by coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and key admin tasks.
- Be the communication hub between the committee, members, council, and governing bodies.
- Manage essential records - member registers, by‑laws, licences, sponsorships, and annual reporting.
- Drive the club’s information flow by handling correspondence, newsletters, and AGM preparation.
- Play a vital leadership role supporting the President and helping shape the club’s season.
